I lead Shoosmiths’ London Real Estate team and our data centre offering. My work spans all aspects of commercial real estate including investment portfolios, development, BTR, and data centres .  I advise clients on global mandates across numerous jurisdictions. I’m known for my deep sector insight and ability to deliver commercially tailored advice.

I have also acted as interim general counsel for a leading carrier-neutral data centre provider on a number of occasions during my career.

I’m recognised as a Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 and contribute to publications including EGI, Data Center Dynamics and TechUK. I’m a regular speaker on property and data centre market trends .
