I’m a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Banking & Finance team, advising on corporate lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance and asset-based lending. I work with financial institutions, borrowers, investors and stakeholders on debt financing structures and key documentation, including security, guarantees and intercreditor arrangements. Recent highlights include advising on a £180m merger financing, a £36m debt restructuring, and a £30m combined leverage and invoice finance facility.

With over two decades of experience, I’ve worked across a wide range of transactions, including restructures and multi-lender facilities. My experience gives me deep understanding of lender and borrower perspectives. I first joined Shoosmiths in 2011 and continue to support clients with clear, commercially focussed advice.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and recognised for my technical expertise and organisational skills. I regularly work with major UK banks and investment houses, helping them navigate complex financing arrangements with confidence.
