I lead Shoosmiths’ Landlord and Tenant team, specialising in residential property disputes. I advise landlords and managing agents on repossession, rent arrears recovery and dilapidations claims. My work includes squatter actions, enforcement proceedings and complex tenancy disputes.

With over 20 years’ experience, I’ve worked in both private practice and property management, giving me a deep understanding of client needs. I previously managed a portfolio of 350 properties and now oversee a team delivering high-volume litigation support.

I’m a member of the Law Society of Scotland and known for my practical, results-driven approach to residential litigation.
