I’m a corporate partner and head of our Solent corporate team. I advise on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and governance matters, acting for public and private companies, management teams and investors. My sector focus includes technology, energy, leisure, healthcare and financial services, with particular expertise in international transactions.

Recent highlights include advising on the investment into JS Group by Natwest, the sale of CLC Group to H.I.G Capital and an investment by Marks & Spencer into Nobody’s Child. I’ve also supported legal tech and data businesses on seed funding and strategic growth.

I’ve completed secondments with Meridian Corporate Finance and ICI.  I'm known for my pragmatic, commercial approach to transactions, ability to focus on what matters and for building trusted relationships with my clients.
