I’m a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, advising landowners on strategic and immediate development transactions. My work spans complex overage deeds, collaboration agreements, planning promotion agreements, and hybrid structures. I also support clients in the renewable energy, marina and mobile home park sectors.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2003, I’ve led on high-value deals including the £200m Oxpens redevelopment in Oxford and the £172m sale of Park Holidays UK. I bring a practical, commercial mindset to every transaction, helping clients navigate complexity with clarity.

I’m part of Shoosmiths’ Private Wealth team and known for my responsive, no-nonsense approach. I hold distinctions in both the CPE and LPC and trained at Herbert Smith before joining Shoosmiths.
