I am a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, advising landowners on strategic and immediate development transactions. My work spans complex overage deeds, collaboration agreements, planning promotion agreements, and hybrid structures. I also support clients in the renewable energy, marina, holiday and park home sectors and the firm’s clients on agricultural land issues.

Since joining Shoosmiths I have led on high-value deals including the £200m Oxpens redevelopment in Oxford and the £172m sale of Park Holidays UK. I bring a practical, commercial mindset to every transaction, helping clients navigate complexity with clarity.

I am known for my responsive, no-nonsense approach. I am able to explain the most complex of real estate transaction documents in simple terms so that clients truly understand what they are entering into.

I trained at Herbert Smith, where I spent 7 years before joining Shoosmiths in 2003.
