Lisa is a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, advising landowners on strategic and immediate development transactions. Her work spans complex overage deeds, collaboration agreements, planning promotion agreements, and hybrid structures. She also supports clients in the renewable energy, marina, holiday and park home sectors and advises the firm’s clients on agricultural land issues.
Since joining Shoosmiths in 2003, Lisa has led on high-value deals including the £200m Oxpens redevelopment in Oxford and the £172m sale of Park Holidays UK. She bring a practical, commercial mindset to every transaction, helping clients navigate complexity with clarity.
She is known for her responsive, no-nonsense approach and ability to explain the most complex of real estate transaction documents in simple terms so that clients truly understand what they are entering into.
