I lead Shoosmiths’ national Real Estate Finance practice, advising on structured finance transactions across the UK and internationally. With over two decades of experience, I support lenders and borrowers on high-profile, often complex deals involving senior, mezzanine and development finance. Clients value my constructive, solutions-focussed approach and deep sector insight.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2013, I was a partner at a global law firm and trained in the City, working on major cross-border real estate finance transactions. My recent work includes advising on a £120m revolving credit facility for a national housebuilder, a €50m mezzanine loan for a Spanish PBSA development, and a £128m funding package for high-rise residential schemes in Manchester.

I’m ranked in the Hall of Fame by Legal 500 and highly rated in Chambers. I’m also a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and regularly collaborate with public and private sector clients on strategic funding projects.
