I’m a Plot Sales Conveyancer in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, based in The Lakes. I support developers with the sale of new build plots, managing the full conveyancing process from estate set-up to completion. My work includes responding to title queries, negotiating contracts and ensuring smooth transactions for both developers and purchasers.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2012, bringing experience from both private client and corporate conveyancing. After time in the Recoveries Services Group, I moved into the Plot Sales team in 2017 and rejoined the firm in 2018 following a short break.
