I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, based in Belfast. I advise on a broad range of corporate transactions including venture capital, private equity, and M&A across diverse industries. I work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth execution and strategic alignment, bringing a measured and inclusive approach to every deal.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2023 after graduating with First Class Honours in Law from the University of Liverpool. I completed my professional training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and have since developed hands-on experience across transactional mandates.

I’m actively involved in Shoosmiths’ charity, social mobility, and Balance committees, and bring a people-first mindset to both my legal work and internal responsibilities.
