I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, based in Belfast, advising on a range of transactions including M&A, venture capital, private equity and joint ventures. I work with clients across a variety of sectors, supporting them at each stage of the business lifecycle – from growth and investment through to strategic exits.

I am dual qualified in England & Wales and Northern Ireland and bring a practical, solutions-driven approach to transactions. I work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to ensure deals are delivered efficiently and aligned with commercial objectives.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2023 after graduating with First Class Honours in Law from the University of Liverpool. I completed my professional training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.

Alongside my client work, I am actively involved in the firm’s charity, social mobility and Balance initiatives, reflecting my commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive working environment.
