Louise is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Restructuring and Advisory team. Louise  advises on all aspects of insolvency and restructuring, with a particular focus on non-contentious matters.

Louise's clients include insolvency practitioners, banks, asset based lenders, directors and other key stakeholders in financially distressed businesses. Louise's recent experience includes:

• advising the joint administrators of Nightlight Leisure Limited on the pre-pack sale of the Simmons Bars nightclub chain;
• advising Hilco Capital on its acquisition of Lakeland Limited;
• supporting the joint administrators on the pre-pack sale of Pizza Hut;
• advising the joint administrators of Morphe Cosmetics on the pre-pack sale of the ecommerce and distribution arm of the business; and
• advising a purchaser on the acquisition of the business and assets of Steel Dynamics Limited (in administration).
