I’m an associate in our Solent corporate team, advising on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, investment funds and governance matters. I support clients across sectors including technology, education and financial services, helping them navigate transactions with clarity and confidence.

I joined Shoosmiths as a paralegal and completed my training contract in the Corporate division, including time in the PSL team. I hold a law degree and a master’s in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law, and completed the LPC MSc with distinction.

I’m known for my collaborative approach and attention to detail, and I regularly support colleagues across the wider corporate team.
