Lucy is an Associate in the Commercial Group at Shoosmiths, based in Birmingham.

Lucy advises on a variety of complex commercial contracts, with a particular focus on IT & technology related matters, working with clients across a wide range of industry sectors.

Aside from her expertise in commercial law, Lucy has a background in intellectual property law, and advises on a variety of transactional IP related matters.

Lucy graduated with first class honours in Law from Aston University in 2020, and later achieved a distinction in her LPC LLM from the University of Law in 2022. Lucy was admitted to the roll of solicitors in August 2024.
