As a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ risk and litigation services team, I advise clients on contractual and tortious disputes across the automotive, construction, insurance, and technology sectors. My clients include major brands such as Volkswagen, Honda, IKEA, and GAME, and I regularly support them on product liability, contractual interpretation, and negligence claims.

I also advise on share sale disputes, warranty breaches, and indemnity claims, as well as representing clients in high-value High Court proceedings. My recent work includes supporting national retailers and international manufacturers on consumer rights, product recalls, and sponsorship disputes in the motor racing sector.
