As a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Commercial team, I specialise in commercial, IT, and technology matters, including strategic outsourcing, procurement, and supply deals.

I have worked with clients across a wide range of sectors including industrial, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, sport and media, transport, mobility, built environment, FMCG, food and beverage, pharma, financial services and technology, drawing on in-house experience with leading brands such as Sainsbury’s, AstraZeneca, and Bupa.

I have particular expertise in FinTech, Payments and Financial Services and co-head our FinTech team. I lead on contracts and arrangements subject to regulatory controls, supporting clients with material outsourcings, cloud arrangements, technology projects, digital transformation, payments, and embedded finance.

My approach is practical and commercial, focussed on helping clients achieve their goals in a rapidly evolving landscape.
