I’m a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, dual qualified and widely recognised for my work in the build to rent (BTR) sector. I’ve advised on over 70 site acquisitions for PRS REIT since 2017, and led on landmark transactions including the £150 million sale of a 900-unit portfolio to Goldman Sachs. My clients include institutional lenders, joint ventures and national developers.

My experience spans investment purchases, financings and disposals across retail, logistics and industrial assets. I’m known for my ability to focus quickly on commercial priorities and deliver deals to tight timescales.

I’m a member of the Law Society of Scotland and regularly advise on strategic land and mixed-use development projects across the UK.
