I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, advising on venture capital, public and private M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. I work with clients across sectors including energy, infrastructure and technology, helping them structure deals and drive growth.

I qualified at the University of Wolverhampton and completed the LPC at the University of Law in Birmingham. My experience includes advising on high-value transactions such as the $1.6bn takeover of Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited by Blackstone and the £287m take-private of Ten Entertainment Group plc by Trive Capital LLC.
