I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, advising on M&A, venture capital, infrastructure investments, and joint ventures. I support clients across sectors, helping them navigate complex transactions and corporate structuring with practical legal guidance.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2021, bringing experience from previous roles at leading firms. I hold a Law degree from the University of Birmingham and completed the LPC at the University of Law. My work spans domestic and cross-border transactions, with a focus on delivering value and clarity.

In 2019, I was recognised as Worcestershire Junior Lawyer of the Year by the Worcester Law Society. I’m passionate about supporting clients through their growth journeys and committed to delivering clear, actionable advice.
