I advise across the full payments ecosystem — including payment service providers, crypto firms, banks, merchant acquirers and Web3 businesses — on navigating complex regulatory frameworks and launching innovative products globally. I bring cross‑jurisdictional experience across the UK, EU (including MiCA), US, UAE, Hong Kong and Singapore, advising on areas such as crypto‑asset structuring, tokenisation, cross‑border licensing, open banking and commercial arrangements across the digital finance value chain.
