I am a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Financial Services & FinTech team, where I advise clients across payments, financial services and digital assets. I work closely with colleagues across technology, financial regulation and commercial advisory to support organisations delivering next-generation financial services in the UK and internationally.

My work focuses on payments regulation, financial services compliance and the evolving digital assets landscape. I advise across the full payments ecosystem — including payment service providers, crypto firms, banks, merchant acquirers and Web3 businesses — on navigating complex regulatory frameworks and launching innovative products globally. I bring cross-jurisdictional experience across the UK, EU (including MiCA), US, UAE, Hong Kong and Singapore, advising on areas such as crypto-asset structuring, tokenisation, cross-border licensing, open banking and commercial arrangements across the digital finance value chain.
