I’m a Senior Associate in our Tax and Incentives team, advising on corporate tax and employee share schemes. My work includes M&A, reorganisations, and private equity investments, as well as the design and implementation of incentive arrangements such as growth shares and employee benefit trusts.

I also support clients with S/EIS and VCT qualifying fundraisings, helping them navigate the tax landscape with clarity and confidence. I trained and qualified at Shoosmiths and have built a practice that combines technical depth with a practical, client-first approach.
