I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate division, advising clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, growth and venture capital, group reorganisations and corporate governance. I work with listed and private corporates, PE-backed platforms, funds and institutional investors, with a particular focus on high-value cross-border transactions and buy-and-build strategies. My sector expertise spans financial services and energy & infrastructure, where I’ve led on numerous strategic deals.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2018, having completed the LPC with distinction at Nottingham Law School. With over a decade of experience, I’ve built a reputation for delivering commercially focussed advice and navigating multi-jurisdictional mandates with clarity and precision.
