I’m a Senior Associate in our Tax and Incentives Team, specialising in employee share schemes and incentive arrangements. I advise public and private companies on everything from tax-advantaged options and growth shares to bonuses and employee benefit trusts. I also support clients with employment tax issues, including salary sacrifice and termination payments.

I’ve been with Shoosmiths since 2007, training in Nottingham and Birmingham before relocating to London. My experience spans sectors including retail, technology, and financial services, and I’m known for helping clients structure incentives that align with their business goals.

I’m a member of the Balance network, serve as an Employee Forum Representative and a member of various mentoring groups (both internally and externally, with a particular focus on social mobility), contributing to initiatives that support inclusion and collaboration across the firm.
