I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ corporate team, based in London. I advise on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, shareholder arrangements and corporate governance. I work with investors, management teams and corporates across a range of sectors, helping them navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2021, having trained and qualified at a City firm. My experience includes advising on cross-border deals, growth capital investments and strategic reorganisations. I bring a pragmatic, commercially focussed approach to every matter, always aiming to deliver outcomes that support long-term success.
