I’m a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, advising funds, lenders, landlords and corporates on investment, finance and asset management matters. I lead on large-scale projects and cross-jurisdiction transactions, helping clients move forward with confidence.

My experience includes funding and refinancing deals, investment acquisitions and disposals, and leasehold matters for corporate occupiers. I also advise on non-core assets such as marinas and stadiums, and support clients on property aspects of M&A and restructuring.

I’m a Corporate Responsibility Champion and Pro Bono Champion, and coordinate real estate training across the firm. I’m a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the SRA.
