I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ planning team, advising local authorities, developers and landowners on planning, highways and environmental law. My work includes drafting and negotiating Section 106, 38, 278, 104 and 185 agreements, and supporting clients through appeals and judicial reviews. I recently advised West Sussex County Council on its highways portfolio and supported Grainger PLC on major residential appeals.

I joined Shoosmiths as a paralegal in 2014, trained with the firm and qualified in 2017. My experience spans both contentious and non-contentious planning matters, with a focus on infrastructure delivery and residential development.
