I’m a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Solent real estate team, specialising in property finance, development, investment and portfolio management. I advise lenders, funds and borrowers on large-scale financing across diverse asset classes. Recent work includes supporting a US fund on UK portfolio management, advising a Japanese conglomerate on leasing strategy, and acting for a luxury fashion brand on acquisitions.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I was Head of Legal at a fintech finance provider, where I gained broad experience across legal, regulatory and operational matters. I bring that commercial lens to every deal, helping clients navigate complexity with confidence.

I’m recognised by Chambers UK for being “very commercial” and “strong on complex matters.” I’m also a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
