I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, advising on venture and growth capital, M&A, private equity transactions and general corporate matters. I work with private companies, investors and management teams across sectors, helping them navigate strategic investments and corporate structuring.

I completed my training contract at Shoosmiths and qualified in March 2022. I’ve gained in-house experience at Volkswagen Group and completed a secondment to GEMS Education, supporting on transactional matters and corporate governance.

I’m committed to delivering clear, pragmatic advice and building long-term relationships. I work collaboratively across teams and contribute to the firm’s corporate practice through mentoring and thought leadership.
