I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Leeds, advising on development, strategic land and real estate finance. I qualified in 2020 after training with Shoosmiths, and I now support clients on high-value transactions including PBSA schemes, BTR developments and strategic land acquisitions.

My recent work includes advising UK banks on acquisition funding, leading on a £35 million residential land deal near Leeds, and supporting forward funding arrangements for national developers. I bring a pragmatic, commercially focussed approach to every matter.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and contribute to Shoosmiths’ mentoring and training programmes.
