I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ corporate team, based in London. I advise investors, management teams, corporates and owner-managed businesses on a wide range of corporate matters, including venture capital investments, M&A, joint ventures and restructures. My recent work includes advising Harbr on its Series B financing, Octopus Ventures on multiple investments, MMC Ventures on its follow-on investment into Slamcore, Pi Labs on a number of its Series A and follow on investments, YFM Equity Partners on its follow-on investment into Workbuzz, and supporting a medtech company through multiple equity financings and its eventual sale.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I worked at a City law firm where I developed a strong foundation in corporate law. I studied history at Cardiff University, followed by the GDL and LPC at BPP Law School in London. Since joining Shoosmiths in 2015, I’ve built a reputation for delivering commercially focussed advice that helps clients achieve their strategic goals.

I’m a member of Shoosmiths’ venture capital team and regularly work with high-growth businesses and investors across the technology and real estate sectors.
