I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, based in Birmingham, where I support clients across venture and growth capital, M&A, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work. I work with a range of businesses—from start-ups to established corporates—helping them navigate key transactions and strategic investments.

I completed my Law degree at the University of Liverpool and joined Shoosmiths in 2023. I qualified as a solicitor in 2025 after completing my training contract with the firm, which included a secondment with Kuehne + Nagel Limited, where I gained valuable in-house experience.

I’m passionate about delivering clear, practical advice and building strong relationships with clients. I bring a collaborative approach to every transaction and am committed to continuous learning and professional development.
