I’m a Senior Associate in our London corporate team, specialising in private equity and M&A. I advise private equity houses, companies, and management teams on complex transactions, helping them achieve their strategic goals. My recent work includes advising Sullivan Street Partners on its acquisition of TMS, Hesselberg Hydro and Marine Plant Hire, and supporting the management of Finova on investment by Bain Capital.

Since joining Shoosmiths as a paralegal in 2017, I’ve built a strong foundation in corporate law through my training and post-qualification experience. I qualified in 2021 and have since worked on a wide range of deals, including sales to major investors and strategic acquisitions across sectors such as retail, software, and infrastructure.

I’m an active member of the Balance network and contribute to initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the legal profession.
