I’m a Senior Associate in our corporate team, advising on a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and corporate governance. I work closely with clients across the technology, consumer, and SaaS sectors, helping them navigate high-value transactions with clarity and confidence. Recent highlights include advising Harwood Private Equity on the sale of the Vegner Group to Odevo, and supporting Octopus Ventures on multiple Seed and Series A investments.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I was seconded to a leading venture capital firm, where I worked alongside their legal team on early-stage investments. This experience sharpened my commercial insight and deepened my understanding of investor priorities. I’ve also advised multinationals, venture funds, and UK-based businesses on a variety of deal structures, always with a focus on delivering practical, outcome-driven advice.
