I’m a legal director in Shoosmiths’ corporate team, advising on national and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. I have particular experience in the consumer and retail sector.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I spent six years practising in the Middle East, advising on cross-border deals and investment structures. I regularly support clients on foreign direct investment matters. I am known for my strategic insight and ability to simplify complex matters.

Recent highlights include advising D9 Infrastructure on the sale of Aqua Comms, Addtech Energy on its acquisition of Allied Insulators, Jensten Group on a number of acquisitions and AIM-listed Smoove Plc on its sale to PEXA Group.
