As a Senior Associate in our corporate division, I advise on a wide range of UK and international corporate matters. My work spans buy-and-build platforms, private equity investments, founder-led business sales, and joint ventures. I’ve recently supported clients including Reliance Brands on joint ventures with Superdry and Mothercare, and Five Arrows on its acquisition of Rimes, a global EDM-as-a-service provider.

I’ve built my career advising clients across sectors such as retail, technology, and consumer goods. My approach is commercial, pragmatic, and focussed on delivering results that align with each client’s long-term vision. I bring experience in managing complex deal structures and navigating high-stakes negotiations.
