I am a Senior Associate in the Plot Sales team at Shoosmiths. I advise housing developers on their plot sales transactions and infrastructure agreements. I prepare contracts, leases and transfers and other associated deeds. I also deal with deeds of variation, auction sales and bulk sales, including sales to housing associations.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2013 and have worked across a wide range of development projects. My recent work includes advising Bellway Homes Limited and Graven Hill Village Development Company Limited on site set-ups and disposals. I’m known for my practical approach and ability to resolve issues quickly and clearly.

I am dual-qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and a Solicitor, and bring a calm, solutions-led mindset to every transaction.
