I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Birmingham, advising registered providers, developers and commercial landlords on complex property transactions. I specialise in land acquisitions, section 106 schemes and the securitisation of housing stock.

My recent work includes leasehold and shared ownership sales, conditional purchase contracts and strategic advice on residential schemes. I also support estate management and asset optimisation for commercial landlords. I bring technical depth and commercial insight to every matter—helping clients achieve their goals efficiently.

I’ve worked in-house at Lloyds Banking Group and contribute to Shoosmiths’ mentoring and training programmes. I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and regularly advise on affordable housing and development finance.
