Employment associate advising on disputes, contracts, and compliance
As an Associate in Shoosmiths’ London Employment team, I advise both commercial and individual clients on a wide range of employment law issues, from complex tribunal litigation to drafting contracts and company policies. My experience includes handling claims for unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination, and post-termination restrictions.
I provide strategic and commercial advice on employee exits, redundancies, disciplinary and grievance investigations, and performance management, and regularly support clients with the employment aspects of corporate transactions. I also deliver training on topics such as sexual harassment prevention and sickness absence management.
I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and am passionate about supporting clients with clear, practical advice that helps them manage risk and build strong, compliant workplaces.
