I am a disputes, insurance and product liability lawyer providing clear, pragmatic advice which allows my clients take decisive action on complex legal matters.

In my insurance practice, I help clients efficiently resolve policy coverage disputes across a range of commercial and other policies, including professional indemnity, construction all risks, title indemnity, fleet motor, critical illness and structural defects insurance.

In the non-contentious insurance space, I provide clients with clear, succinct regulatory advice on the Financial Conduct Authority’s regulatory perimeter for insurance products and activities. I have also advised clients on the insurance aspects of corporate transactions, including W&I insurance.

In product liability, I have advised clients on both commercial and consumer product liability disputes, including defending claims against OEMs under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

My experience encompasses a wide range of other disputes, including claims under the Equality Act 2010 and Public Inquiry work. I have also acted extensively on claims under the Defective Premises Act 1972.
