As an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Commercial team, I advise clients across technology, mobility, and energy sectors on a broad range of commercial contracts and regulatory issues. My key experience includes negotiating outsourcing and software agreements, drafting essential service and asset management appointments, and advising on key procurements (private and public) for software, EV charging points, and a range of related issues and documentation (including data protection agreements).

I have worked on secondment at Volkswagen Group, the leading automotive retailer group in the United Kingdom, and have in-house experience in marketing and legal services.  The industry knowledge gained from working across different sectors provides essential context to the work I deliver to clients. My training at Shoosmiths included placements in banking and finance, and commercial dispute resolution, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the key needs of business clients in competitive markets.
