As Director of Property, Workplace and Procurement – and a member of the firm’s Executive Board – I lead the strategy that shapes our workplace experience and procurement approach. I oversee property operations, supplier relationships, and workplace initiatives designed to deliver efficiency, sustainability, and innovation across our offices. My goal is to create environments and systems that empower our people and support exceptional client service.

With over 20 years’ experience in procurement and operational strategy, I’ve worked across professional services and global industries. Before joining Shoosmiths, I held senior roles at international firms, introducing centre-led procurement models and governance frameworks. Earlier in my career at a leading aero engine manufacturer, I managed global sourcing strategies and delivered significant savings across property, logistics, and corporate services.
