I am a Paralegal in the Infrastructure Team that sits within the Plot Sales Department.    My role consists of advising house builder clients on their infrastructure agreements (including but not limited to S38 Agreements, S104 Agreements, Deeds of Grant and Managed Land Transfers) and plot sale transactions.    Prior to this role, I was a Plot Sale Conveyancer in the Plot Sales Department, acting with a number of house builder clients on their plot disposals including freehold and leasehold properties and part exchange matters.
