I am an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Leveraged Venture & Corporate Lending team in Manchester, advising on a range of banking and finance transactions. I also support the Real Estate Finance team on property-backed financing matters.

My experience includes leveraged finance, corporate lending, venture debt and real estate finance, acting on transactions involving new facilities, refinancing's, amendments and security arrangements. I focus on providing clear, practical and commercially focused support throughout a transaction.

I trained at Shoosmiths, completing seats in Commercial Insurance, Real Estate, Corporate and Real Estate Finance. This broader experience gives me an understanding of the wider commercial and transactional issues that can arise alongside financing matters.
