I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ London Corporate team, with experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and general corporate governance.

I joined Shoosmiths as a trainee and qualified into the London Corporate team in 2024. During my training, I spent time in the firm's Real Estate, Banking & Finance and Dispute Resolution & Litigation teams.
