As an Associate in Shoosmiths’ employment team based in Manchester, I advise employer clients on a wide range of employment law matters, from day-to-day issues like absence management and disciplinaries to complex tribunal litigation. My background includes secondments with major brands, giving me practical insight into client needs and business priorities. My experience includes drafting contracts and policies, negotiating settlement agreements, and supporting clients through redundancy and TUPE consultations. I have worked on strategic projects such as international harmonisation and changes to terms and conditions, and have provided employment support on corporate and insolvency transactions, as well as conduct of tribunal litigation.
