My work includes possession claims, landlord consents, break notices, rent reviews and business tenancy renewals. I also advise on insolvency-related property matters and disputes involving licensed premises.

With over 30 years’ experience in property litigation, I’ve worked at Wragge & Co and Clarke Willmott before joining Shoosmiths in 2012. I focus on early-stage advice to prevent disputes escalating, and regularly represent clients in mediations and without prejudice meetings. Recent projects include serving over 80 price notices for a major residential development and advising on a multi-million pound dilapidations claim.
