I’m a Consultant at Shoosmiths, having previously served as Chair and led both the Commercial Division and Employment & Pensions team. My focus is on supporting the firm’s strategic initiatives and ESG commitments, including our pledge to be net carbon neutral by 2025. I continue to advise on employment matters, particularly boardroom disputes and large-scale restructuring.

My career began in employment law, working closely with directors to align legal advice with strategic goals. Since joining Shoosmiths in 2004, I’ve built a reputation for understanding business culture and motivation—skills that help me guide both clients and colleagues.

I’m a member of Business in the Community’s Climate Action Leadership Team and remain actively involved in shaping Shoosmiths’ approach to responsible business.
