I head Shoosmiths’ housebuilding practice, advising on immediate and strategic land transactions, joint ventures and development structuring. My work spans the full lifecycle of residential projects, from site acquisition to disposal, with a focus on commercial clarity and deal momentum.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I held board-level roles at Harrow Estates, Bridgemere Group and Taylor Wimpey. I’ve advised PLC housebuilders, SME developers and landowners on projects involving 2,000+ homes, complex overage provisions and multi-site BTR schemes.

I’m known for my ability to navigate commercial and legal complexity with confidence. My relationships with agents and developers help drive successful outcomes across the UK’s residential development sector.
