I am an experienced contentious construction specialist and adjudicator. I work closely alongside those delivering projects to manage and resolve issues that arise during construction. I also advise on dealing with defects in completed buildings, guiding the client from initial investigations through to ultimate resolution, whatever this entails.

Where formal proceedings are unavoidable, I provide strategic advice on achieving commercial objectives and deliver an excellent service throughout any adjudication, arbitration or litigation process, ensuring the process is managed in a way that suits the client’s needs and ultimately delivers on their objectives.

My work often involves issues over contract formation and/or interpretation, payment, change, delay, termination, defects, building safety, professional negligence and insurance coverage. I have experience in a vast array of projects, from transport, energy and waste infrastructure; to public, commercial and residential buildings.
