I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, specialising in commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants. I advise on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management, with recent highlights including the rollout of EV charging infrastructure and managing a £14 million pension fund transfer within a £130 million UK portfolio.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I built deep expertise in development agreements, lease structures and real estate aspects of corporate and finance transactions. Since 2015, I’ve acted for national retailers, public authorities and health and beauty brands—helping them navigate complex leasing and registration matters across Scotland.

I’m a member of the Law Society of Scotland and regularly contribute to internal initiatives focussed on legal excellence and client service.
