As an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Leeds Employment team, I advise clients on a full spectrum of employment law matters, from disciplinary and grievance procedures to redundancy and discrimination claims. I am experienced in supporting clients through Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal, and Court of Appeal litigation.

My background includes in-house experience with leading organisations, giving me practical insight into day-to-day operations and working practices.
