I am a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths' Banking and Finance team, based in Scotland in the Edinburgh office. I advise lenders, financial institutions, corporate borrowers and advisers operating in or into Scotland on transactional finance matters across a diverse range of sectors. I have a focus on corporate lending including advising on refinancing, real estate finance and acquisition and development finance transactions.

I take a commercial and clear approach in order to work collaboratively with clients and the advisers involved to achieve completions. I am committed to supporting clients through every stage of the financing process, tailoring my advice to ensure clarity and to suit a client's specific needs and objectives.

I graduated from the University of Glasgow with a LLB Scots Law degree with German and before joining Shoosmiths in 2026, I spent over a decade at a leading Scottish law firm. My appointment enhances the ability of Shoosmiths' Banking and Finance team in Scotland to provide advice to all manner of clients across a wide variety of sectors.
