I’m a partner in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, based in Leeds. I specialise in enforcement, restructuring and recovery, acting for banks, building societies and secondary lenders. I advise on refinance and security work, and provide project management expertise on large-scale disposal projects and complex real estate matters.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2016, I worked at Addleshaw Goddard and built a national reputation for enforcement and recovery. I lead the corporate support function in Leeds, supporting solvent and insolvent restructurings, acquisitions and disposals. Recent work includes advising on the administration of Wilko, the sale of Freeport Shopping Centre, and the development of 500+ student units for Hudd Student Living.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and lead the Charity Committee in our Leeds office.
